Over the years we have supplied many organisations with data projectors.  To ensure the machines continue to function efficiently we can now offer the service of coming to your premises twice or three times a year to check the machines and provide a brief report.

We will clean or change the air filters, check the recorded lamp life against what is likely to be achieved, and clean the external lenses. Also included and important is to check the security of the unit, the fixings into the ceiling or wall if appropriate.

The life of a lamp is mostly shortened by restricted airflow and subsequent overheating, and almost all manufacturers recommend and advise the filters should be cleaned every couple of hundred hours of use. We know from experience that this requirement is often overlooked, and if the projectors are mounted high from the ceiling, preventive maintenance such as this is often forgotten. Very often, the first sign of a machine needing a service is instant lamp failure, which will only happen when you need it not to.

We can discuss and assess the frequency of maintenance your machines may need, to cover and tailor a specific package to suit your requirements. It can also include checking other Audio Visual equipment, and free loan replacement in the event of failure. With projectors covered on these agreements, we will also fit the replacement lamp, if purchased from us, free of charge in all installed machines.
